My physical Activity; Dancing

My Physical Activity

    I participated in Dancing. Me and 2 of my friends do Dancing two times a week. It's very fun and it's a great way to burn our energy.
I think that on a scale of 1-10;
(1 being I didn't even try and 10 being I tried my very best)

I pushed myself to about a 8. I could have tried harder.


I also participated in Athletics this week.
I came 4th in 100 meter sprints, and I think that was pretty good.
My heart rate went up, and It was a great way to also burn some energy.

I think that Kids,Teenagers and Adults should be doing sports or Physical Activities so that they/you can burn energy and get be a fit or Healthy person.
